On-Campus Recruiting Event Options

The following events are hosted at Ivey/Western in London, ON and are open to both HBA and MSc students – you tell us your hiring focus and the students you want to meet with.

Each employer will be provided with a six-foot table and is welcome to bring banners, promotional materials, and swag.

Registration for these events will open on June 16 at 12:00 PM EST (Sign-up is first-come, first-served).
Option #1: Ivey Job Fairs
Dates: September 8, 9, 10 | 1:30 PM–4:30 PM
Details: Hosted throughout the Ivey building, job fairs are one of the most effective ways to meet a high volume of high-calibre candidates in a short period of time.
Option #2: Tech Industry Night
Date: October 1 | 5:30 PM–8:00 PM
Details: Hosted at Western’s Ronald D. Schmeichel Building for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, this event connects employers with engineering, science, and business students seeking winter and summer internships, co-op roles, and full-time opportunities.
Option #3: Hiring Hub
Dates: Select Thursdays throughout the academic year beginning in October | 12:30 PM–4:00 PM
Details: Hosted in Ivey’s main atrium, the Hiring Hub provides a casual, high-visibility opportunity for employers to build brand awareness and spark early interest through informal conversations.
Additional Ways to Engage with Ivey Students:
- Partner with Student Clubs: Connect directly with highly engaged, self-selected student communities. Firms can plan events with clubs at any time during the year, but there are a few no-class days designated for club activities that may be ideal for hosting events. Reach out to club leaders directly to explore partnership opportunities; all club contact information is available here.
- Virtual Recruiting Events: If you prefer hosting a virtual event specifically for Ivey students, we can help with promotion, registration management, and scheduling to ensure a seamless experience.
- Multi-School Recruiting Events (Virtual or In Person): For multi-school events (virtual or in person), we can assist by reviewing proposed timing and coordinating logistics to maximize attendance from Ivey students. Contact us early in your planning process to ensure the best outcomes.
