Jacqueline Malison

EDI Advisory Council Member Jacqueline Malison is the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Ivey Business School. She is passionate about bringing talented people and rewarding careers together. Prior to joining Ivey, Jacqueline worked in Banff, Alberta as a HR professional in a multi-cultural setting. With an EDI focus, Jacqueline has had the opportunity to recruit individuals from all over the world, orientate them to Canada, and help them develop personally and professionally. Being an expatriate in Italy, New Zealand, Australia, and Ireland, has given Jacqueline the perspective of what it is like to live and work in a foreign environment and culture, which has formed part of her EDI lens. Lifelong learning is a top priority for Jacqueline as she has studied at Laurentian University, Fanshawe College, Dalhousie University, Western University, University of Oxford, and is currently pursuing her MBA at University of Cumbria focusing on leading innovation and change.
