Each January/February a 'Save the Date' email is sent to all Ivey alumni in an upcoming reunion year (in 2020, we're celebrating reunion years ending in '0 & '5). Additionally, Intouch magazine along with @Intouch, Ivey's online newsletter, both publish the dates of approaching Homecoming Weekend celebrations. Once a class Social Committee has been confirmed, detailed information is sent on a regular basis to your classmates.
Once plans are confirmed by each class' Social Committee and Ivey's Alumni Relations Associate, our secure online payment and registration site will be activated. Our target date each year to open registration is June 1st; however, the availability of registration is unique to each reunion class, based on confirmed planning details. Registration will always be linked from your own class webpage, which can be found by following this link.
The three most common reasons why alumni do not receive registration materials are: their graduating class does not have an active Social Committee; class plans are still being finalized; the School does not have current contact information on file. There are several local childcare services in London, each with varying rates and services. All childcare arrangements are to be made on an individual basis, and by personal preference. Some suggestions are:
London Caregivers and QC Home Support are both able to provide babysitting services for special events on weekends (day/evening) such as Homecoming Weekend.

There are also freelance babysitting options, such as nannyservices.ca/ChildcareNannyBabysitter.asp, where one can look through a registry for the London area and arrange for services.
