Justine Janssen is an active board member, advisor, and investor in organizations and efforts that build and strengthen community. She has spent most of her career serving in a variety of leadership roles in high-growth technology. Justine has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, and one of Canada's Top 25 Women in Tech.
Before launching her own consulting and advisory business, Justine served as Senior Vice President at Ceridian where she led new ventures and growth initiatives including scaling Ceridian’s flagship software, Dayforce, from a tech startup, into a leading global HR technology platform, and leading Ceridian's IPO process. Prior to her career in tech, Justine was a management consultant, a founder of a maternity apparel company, and a College Pro Painters franchisee.
Justine is a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University.
