Minerva started her career in the world of Private Aviation in Mexico, before moving to Canada to pursue a French degree from McGill University and then on to an MBA from Ivey Business School. From there Minerva has established herself as a dynamic, driven and well-rounded Sales and Marketing leader. She has worked for Tier 1 companies across multiple product categories and progressive leadership roles (Johnson & Johnson, McCormick, AB InBev, Revlon) in Marketing, Account Management and Sales Strategy.
Minerva’s passion lies in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, whether driving committee agendas, facilitating Executive panels or fostering thought diversity and leadership within her own teams. She is a highly sought-after mentor, most recently being selected to participate as a mentor in the LS International Global Mentorship Program.
Minerva has been featured on multiple podcasts for insights ranging from selling to negotiation skills and was recently the feature guest on Mexican TV showcasing her career progression, while sharing her perspective and advice for potential emigrants looking to succeed in international business.
Minerva continues to cultivate her joy of learning by being part of the advisory board for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato and is currently enrolled in the Master’s in Counselling Psychology Program from Yorkville University.
