The WAM program reminded me of why I love learning so much. It was an incredible learning experience that allowed me to develop the foundational tools and knowledge to ask and answer questions at the intersection of theory and practical applications. It also equipped us with a growth mindset to handle the intricate issues that lie ahead in our professional journey. The program's diverse cohort offered a rich blend of backgrounds and experiences, greatly enriching our case discussions.

The WAM program is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it opened so many doors I didn't even know existed. I feel more confident, more knowledgeable, and more prepared to enter a career in finance. The atmosphere created by the program pushed me to be my best, and the women who participated in WAM with me now feel like family.

WAM is undoubtedly an experience you can’t receive anywhere else. The combined in class training, events, and internship opportunities will give anyone interested in the industry ledge up. Moreover the network of inspiring leaders who are willing to help and assist you along the way is more compelling than ever. If I could I would do the program all over again!

Before the WAM Program, I did not even know what asset management was. Now, I can see myself striving to be a part of the C-suite at a pension plan in Ontario. With the extra confidence, knowledge, and connections I gained throughout the program, I know I can make my dreams a reality and pave the way for future women in the field. I did not even realize how truly advantageous this program was until it was over.
