The WAM program is tuition-free and subsidized by Ivey, and our corporate sponsors who support our mission. We also provide course materials, selected meals, networking event food and beverages, and program-related travel costs. You just need to provide your own accommodation during the program and internship.
You will need to include your university transcripts, resumé (including all employment and extracurricular activities), two letters of recommendation (one academic and one personal), two essays, and a 60-second (maximum) recorded video that introduces you and describes why you wish to explore a career in asset management and why you should be part of the WAM program. Important note: in your video you should be professional and speak directly to us and you shouldn't be reading from your notes.
An academic letter should come from a current or former university instructor. A personal letter should come from anyone who isn’t related to you who can speak to your character, such as a former employer, mentor, or coach. The letter submission deadline is also January 4, 2023, but we allow a short grace period.
The program will take place at the Ivey Business School May 1-31, 2023, preceded by a two-day pre-program weekend, March 25-26, 2023.

Prior to the start of the program, the WAM program team will assign the internships based on best fit for both participants and corporate sponsors, and other factors we feel will be the best fit.
