While at Suncor, Gord Lambert was integral in shaping the company's social, economic, and environmental policies in how the company approached and developed projects. The company grew from a $10 billion company to a $60 billion company, and became Canada's largest integrated oil and gas company in the process. 

Gord Lambert, former Executive Adviser, Sustainability and Innovation, at Suncor Energy discussed the major environmental and social issues that the company and industry have grappled with over the past 10-20 years. He also offered his insights on major issues and possible paths forward.
