Brian Rivard, Adjunct Professor and Research Director at the Ivey Energy Policy and Management Centre, was an invited panelist on a webinar organized by the Ontario Energy Association. The discussion centred on the Global Adjustment (GA), which is one of the most important, controversial, and least understood elements of electricity costs in Ontario. Benjamin Dachis, Director of Public Affairs, C.D. Howe Institute, was also a panelist. The panel was moderated by Sarah Griffiths, Head of Regulatory Affairs, Enel Canada.
