On May 22, 2025, Dr. Holburn and Dr. Fremeth presented to The Standing Committee on Government Operations for the Northwest Territories Legislative Assembly. The committee has been leading a study of the governance structure of the Northwest Territories Power Corporation. The result of their study will be a report to the Legislative Assembly with recommendations to the Government of the Northwest Territories on challenges and opportunities within NTPC’s governance and service delivery model.
