Prior to arrival, each of you will be responsible for completing a Gallup Clifton Strengths assessment. The goal of the assessment is to help you identify and build on your greatest strengths. Throughout the program, there will be multiple opportunities for you to explore your strengths further.
All students have received an email with instructions for their Gallup Clifton Strengths Assessment. Using the unique link you received via email, please complete your strengths assessment before Friday, July 24th, 2026. Follow the steps outlined in the email, and you will then be prompted to start the assessment. We encourage you to find a quiet space where you can focus and remain uninterrupted for at least 40 minutes. Have a question? Email hba@ivey.ca
