Kailey Folan

Kailey is an Associate at CCMP Growth, a private equity firm based in New York City, where she focuses on transaction execution and portfolio management across the consumer and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining CCMP Growth in 2025, Kailey was an Associate at Onex Partners in their New York office. She began her career in investment banking, initially with CIBC Capital Markets in Toronto before making the move to Evercore’s New York office, where she focused on the diversified industrials sector. Throughout her career, she has built extensive experience in financial analysis and executing private equity transactions within the North American market.

An active volunteer within the Ivey Alumni Network, Kailey previously served as the Co-Head of the New York Chapter, leading initiatives to connect and engage the school's alumni base across the Tri-State area.

Kailey holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (BESc) in Chemical Engineering and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School, where she graduated with Distinction.
