The Ivey Graduate Diploma in Management is designed for non-business graduates to gain essential business knowledge and leadership skills. This 4-month, part-time program takes place at Ivey’s Toronto campus and provides a solid foundation in business fundamentals, accelerating your career growth and providing entry into Ivey's Accelerated MBA program. With Ivey’s renowned Case Method of Learning, you’ll be ready to take on more senior level managerial and leadership roles.

Graduate Diploma in Management: Program at a Glance
Period 1 (6 Weeks)
Period 1 consists of Ivey Essentials Leadership, Ivey Essentials Marketing and Ivey Essentials Accounting as well as final assessments and/or group projects.

Period 2 consists of Ivey Essentials Finance, Ivey Essentials Operations and Ivey Essentials Strategy, as well as final assessments and/or group projects.

Period 3 (2 Weeks)
Period 3 consists of the Capstone course, Managing Disruption Strategically. Focusing on understanding the constraints to innovating effectively and how to create a sustainable culture within a business that harnesses the benefits from innovation habits.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold a four-year non-business degree with at least a 70% average in their final two years (or equivalent qualifications based on substantial managerial experience), and have one to eight years of full-time work experience. GMAT scores are not required.
Program Schedule
The Ivey Graduate Diploma in Management is a part-time program delivered over 4 months, beginning each May, structured into three focused periods.
Facilities and Location
The Graduate Diploma in Management will be delivered in person at Ivey’s downtown Toronto campus. This state-of-the-art facility includes two amphitheatre classrooms, group breakout rooms, and wireless technology throughout.
Tuition & Scholarships
The total Graduate Diploma in Management cost is $20,000 CAD. Individuals who pathway into the Accelerated MBA in the same year will receive an automatic $12,000 entrance scholarship toward their MBA.
