Paul Atkinson is a prolific Canadian tech entrepreneur and investor. He co-founded Solect Technology Group, expanding its ISP billing platform to five continents and bringing internet to nine Caribbean nations before selling to Amdocs in 2000. He later founded Casero, AudienceView Ticketing, and Southwest Technology Group, and led Scalar Decisions until its 2019 sale to CDW.
Atkinson chairs Imperial Capital’s Investment Advisory Committee (C$2 billion AUM) and is Managing Partner of Southwest Sun Inc., spanning tech, real estate, automotive, and craft-beer contract manufacturer Equals Brewing. He also chaired TIFF (2007-13) and sits on Western University’s Ivey Business School Advisory Board.
