Western University’s Health & Wellness provides professional and confidential services, free of charge, to students needing assistance to meet their personal, social and academic goals. Services include consultation, referral, groups and workshops, as well as brief, change-oriented psychotherapy.

If you need support, your program office can help you navigate the resources available at Ivey and Western. The student support e-mail account is confidential and monitored daily.

Email Student Support

Western Health & Wellness offers virtual appointments for students in need. It has expanded its hours to Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
All appointments need to be booked in advance by calling 519-661-3030.


International Student Wellness

The International and Exchange Student Centre (IESC) offers a full range of programs and services to support international students during their stay at Western. Individual assistance (advising and counselling) is available for international students through the IESC. To book an appointment or learn more about the services, visit the IESC website.
