Anuj is passionate about bringing data and heart together in People functions, to help companies grow and solve for health, happiness and productivity. This has been true over Anuj’s time at Google, since 2008, as Anuj worked in People Analytics, conducting scientific trials and multi-year analyses, as well as front-line HR functions helping achieve business results. Anuj has been part of growing Google across 20+ countries and multiple functions, over various tech and people related stages of change. As the Head of HR for Google Canada, Anuj now focuses on building and growing a thriving employee workforce that positively contributes to the communities around us. Prior to Google, Anuj was a Consultant at Mercer HR Consultant and taught Account & Finance at Ivey Business School. He holds MBA and HBA degrees from Ivey Business School.
