Kevin O’Brien

Kevin oversees seven vertical market software businesses in the PYXiS portfolio of Constellation Software. Alongside that role, he advises established and start-up companies, is a founding partner of The Group Ventures, a Toronto-based venture capital firm, and writes Wayfinding, a field guide for leaders navigating their careers.

Earlier in his career, Kevin was Head of Commercial Growth and Customer Operations for WW (Weight Watchers) globally, and he also led WW’s International Markets and served as President and General Manager of WW Canada. Before joining WW in 2017, he held executive commercial roles at Aimia, including running the Aeroplan line of business. He joined Aimia after more than 16 years in strategy consulting, where his practice focused on applying customer data and consumer insight to business strategy.
