Lisa Dymond

Lisa is Chair of the Ivey Alumni Network Board (IAN). Since graduating with her Ivey MBA in 2006 and serving as class Valedictorian, Lisa has been an involved alumnus, including more than a decade on the board of the LEADER Project Advisory Board, serving as a regular participant at HBA Leadership Day, mentoring students and alumni in their career pathing, and hiring countless Ivey graduates. She is a passionate advocate for the school’s ability to transform career trajectories, build world class leaders, and foster life-long relationships.

Lisa is a seasoned business operator, advisor, and thought leader with more than 20 years of experience leveraging the power of people to unlock businesses’ potential. Currently, Lisa is Partner & Head of Talent for Altas Partners, a Toronto based private equity firm. Previously, Lisa spent 14 years with the Boston Consulting Group, most recently serving as Head of Talent for the firm’s Canadian Practice, following a number of years as a global expert in People and Organization and serving clients across industries and mandates before that. In addition to holding an MBA from Ivey, Lisa has a BA in Political Science from Carleton University.

A native of Vancouver, Lisa is a mother of 3 busy children and in her free time, Lisa enjoys canoe tripping, running, and thrifting.
