To recognize and celebrate International Women’s Day 2022, the Ivey Alumni Network (IAN), the Toronto Chapter (IANT) and the EMBA recruitment team have joined together to present two exciting events.  The focus of the sessions will be #BreakTheBias, and all alumni, students, and prospective students are invited to attend.

Virtual Workshop: Moving from Invisible to Visible: The Future of Inclusion Starts With “I”

Join world-class educator and best-selling author Brandi Heather as she shares how to create diverse and inclusive business environments that ignite belonging, innovation and growth by building bridges, not barricades to change. This energizing workshop will leave you with strategies for revealing your own diverse strengths, and the ability to utilize your whole self to become more visible.

To engage in the workshop, participants are asked to have with them:

  • 5 sheets of blank paper
  • 2 pipe cleaners or chenille stems
  • Different colored pens or markers
