Audio visual support
Ivey's Classroom Technology Services (CTS) provides service and support for all of Ivey's Classroom Technology.
When planning an event that requires audio-visual services, please notify CTS by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following information in your request: event name, event requirements, event date, event time, and event room.
For presentations with a guest speaker:
- A presentation laptop and assistance with setup can be arranged through CTS.
- It is recommended that you request presentation slides from the presenter in advance. Once available provide the slides to CTS so that they can be loaded onto the loaner laptop and tested in advance.
- CTS can arrange to have the presentation recorded through the classroom camera, however be sure to get the guest’s permission ahead of time.
In Ivey Student Breakout Rooms and Faculty/Staff Meeting Rooms, you can present, collaborate, and share content wirelessly using AirMedia. In order to use AirMedia on your laptop, it must be installed in advance. Instructions on how to install AirMedia can be found here.

Internet access for guests
If you have guests on campus who require access to the internet, an Ethernet cord can be used in meeting rooms for a hard-wired connection. Alternatively, a wireless account can be arranged in-person by visiting the IT Helpdesk (2nd Floor) during office hours.
