Visitor parking
The gated Ivey Visitor lot has space for up to 15 vehicles. The fee for a parking pass is $5.00 and a speed code is required for payment. Request a parking pass here.
After requesting guest parking, you will receive an email indicating whether or not your parking request has been approved. If your pass is approved, you will be provided with a 4-digit code that will allow your guest to enter into this lot. Please be sure to provide the parking code to your guest in advance.
Should your event occur after 5:00pm, you can also direct external guests to park in the Elborn parking lot. No passes are required in this lot Monday - Friday after 5:00pm.
Richard Ivey building – visitor parking directions and instructions for guests
The Ivey Visitor Lot is located on the south side of the Richard Ivey Building (1255 Western Road, London between Sarnia Road and Brescia Lane). The entrance to the Ivey Visitor Parking Lot is located on Western Road, just north of Sarnia Road (but south of Lambton Road). This is a gated lot - please use the following 4-digit code to gain entrance to this lot "XXXX#". Please be sure to park in this gated lot only, as all lots are monitored and any vehicles without parking passes will be ticketed.

Directions to the Richard Ivey building
From the East or South
From Hwy. 401, take Exit 194 (Veterans Memorial Parkway) North to Oxford Street. Turn West (left) on to Oxford Street and proceed to Wharncliffe Road. Turn North (right) onto Wharncliffe Road which will become Western Road. Follow Western Road just North of Sarnia Road and Ivey will be on the left.
From the West (Hwy 401)
From Hwy. 401, take Exit 183 (Wonderland Road) North to Wharncliffe Road South. Turn East (right) on to Wharncliffe Road South which will become Western Road after Oxford Street. Follow Western Road just North of Sarnia Road and Ivey will be on the left.
From the West (Hwy 402)
From Hwy. 402, take Exit 100 (Wonderland Road) North. Follow Wonderland Road to Sarnia Road. Turn East (right) on to Sarnia Road and proceed to Western Road. Turn North (left) at Western Road and Ivey will be on the left.
From the North
Follow Hwy 4 South past Fanshawe Park Road to a slight right on to Western Road. Continue south on Western Road just after Brescia Lane/Lambton Drive and Ivey will be on the right.
