MBA Leadership Day 2026 | with keynote Lilah Fear
In this aptly-named keynote, Lilah Fear dives into the power of using fear as a cue to meet life's endeavours with courage. Driven from a young age by the quote "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway", Lilah talks about her experience as a 2-time Olympic ice dancer and how courage has equipped her to perform centre-stage with the world watching. Following an Olympic heartbreak in Milan 2026, Lilah was forced to acknowledge the gap between where she was and where she wanted to be, and designed a new approach that would unlock her potential, using fear as a different kind of fuel. Today, she is sharing with you the golden lesson that she found in this Olympic grief. Lilah will empower you to make the change that you know you need to make, for real this time, with fear as your friend. Lilah Fear is a 2-time Olympian, World Bronze Medalist and 8-Time British National Ice Dance Champion. Raised in England and representing Great Britain, Lilah and her skating partner, Lewis, train in Montreal, where she is also pursuing her Bachelor's in Psychology at McGill University. Lilah is bold in her curiosity and an avid student of life. She is passionate about combining her academics and athletics, and applies her psychology lessons to herself in real-time as she competes worldwide. Lilah has witnessed in her own career the incredible power of potential that, when paired with curiosity, courage, and commitment, make a remarkable combination. Off of the ice, Lilah loves to read, write, explore the world via coffee shops and restaurants, and then recommend said restaurants to anybody who asks.
