Financial Resources administers all financial aspects of the Ivey Business School (IBS) and the Ivey Business School Foundation (IBSF) which includes the Donald K. Johnson Centre in Toronto. For the operation of IBS, the Financial Resources department works in conjunction with UWO Financial Resources. The operations of IBSF are administered independently of UWO.
The Financial Resources department manages all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, general accounting and administration. General accounting responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable (supplier invoices/expense reports/travel advances/cheques requests), invoicing and collection, and research accounting.
While IBS and the IBSF are transparent operationally, they are two separate entities financially.
Ivey Business School houses all degree programs and related service departments as well as research projects.
