Dusya Vera and Post-Doc Associate Ana Ruiz Pardo were recently guest editors of Amplify, a monthly thought leadership journal. The two special issues, Character Leadership as a Competitive Advantage and Embedding Character Leadership into Organizational DNA, feature articles from a number of Ivey staff and faculty.
At this year's Leader Character & Candour Conference, Dr. Chika Stacy Oriuwa spoke openly about the discrimination she faced as the only Black student in her class at medical school. This fueled her conviction to be a trailblazer spearheading change in healthcare and beyond.
