Our 2025 annual report highlights our ambitious research, expanded educational programming, and meaningful outreach — an excellent way to see the scope of our work and the impact we are striving to make in Canada and beyond. It also marks a meaningful milestone: 15 years since research into the 2008 financial crisis, revealing that it was not a failure of competence but a failure of character, gave rise to the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership.
Practitioner Certification Program
Our Fall Leader Character Practitioner Certification Program will start on September 15, with registration opening shortly.
Through this program you will take a deep dive into the Institute's renown research and develop the character and competence to become a subject matter expert in this area. Three modules will be delivered virtually once per week over the course of 13 days using a “train-the-trainer” approach.
