Bio
I've always been interested in social issues, politics, and current affairs. I studied Political Science during my first two years at Western and was elected VP Communications of the Political Science Association in second year. My interest in sustainability was a natural progression, focusing on the social and environmental implications of businesses and their decisions.

Additional Information

Personal Definition of Sustainability
I see sustainability as the intersection of people, planet and profit. Companies need to balance making profit and making a positive impact on society. I believe that in order for companies to be successful in the long term, they need to adopt this approach, because their decisions directly affect the communities they operate in.

Sustainability-in-Action
I co-founded the Ivey Sustainability Club to promote social and environmental sustainability in the corporate world. This club will be in effect for the upcoming school year and will provide HBA students with information regarding events related to sustainability. The hope is that with a coalition of an HBA club, an MBA club and the backing of the Centre for Building Sustainable Value, Ivey will become a school that is known for promoting sustainable business decisions.
