Taylor is a Director with Social Capital Partners, a non-profit that is addressing wealth inequality by broadening access to business ownership. At SCP Taylor's primary focus is on launching a financial intermediary to enable business owners and institutional investors to pursue employee ownership instead of traditional private equity transactions. In addition to this, Taylor also helps lead SCPs work on small business and anti-monopoly policy. Prior to SCP, Taylor worked for a technology company, in private equity, and as a management consultant. He has also been actively involved with The LEADER Project for nearly 10 years, including as Co-Chairman of the Advisory Board.
