Celina is Research Fellow for the Sustainable Finance Lab. She started working at the Centre for Building Sustainable Value as an undergraduate research assistant in 2020, supporting the development of the Deshkan Ziibi Conservation Impact Bond. Celina is passionate about driving meaningful social impact, particularly through leveraging and assessing the role of alternative financial mechanisms in addressing environmental and social challenges. Her journey in the impact space spans venture philanthropy, corporate responsibility, consulting, and research, and she is especially inspired by the power of multisectoral collaboration to build a more sustainable and equitable future.

She is currently a Portfolio Manager at the LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact, a venture philanthropy organization focused on scaling social ventures. She holds an Honours Business Administration degree and a Sustainability certificate from the Ivey Business School.
