Jennifer has been a Research Assistant in the Ivey Business Sustainability Lab since September 2025. She is excited to be collaborating on the collective action project on regenerative farming.

Jennifer completed her Honours Double Major in Accounting and Leadership Studies at Brescia University College and Graduate Diploma in Accounting at Western University, followed by her CPA. She was an auditor for KPMG LLP, focusing on multiple industries, including education and technology. She currently works as a Finance Manager at Cognition+, a software provider in the technology industry.

Outside of work, Jennifer is actively involved in the equine community, which has fueled her strong interest in agriculture and her love for animals. Her interests also include reading, photography, hiking, and travel.
