Caley is a Senior Private Equity Analyst with a passion for real estate and the environment. Over the course of four years, she has worked to integrate sustainability principles into her full time role, driven by the zero-waste movement and ESG investing. Outside of work, Caley volunteers with the David Suzuki Foundation and Furniture Link. With the Suzuki group, Caley focuses on crafting marketing materials for the Canadian Environmental Protection Act or running financial literacy workshops. With Furniture Link, she assists in sourcing partners to reduce furniture waste across Ontario. Caley is also an avid rock climber, dedicating her time to mentor the next generation of climbers, both indoors and outdoors.
