Alyssa is a final-year HBA student at the Ivey Business School. Her passion for investing was sparked by her involvement in student investment clubs and stock pitch competitions, where she became fascinated with the field's intellectual challenge and continuous learning curve. She has previously completed internships in investment management, investment banking, and private equity across Toronto and New York, and will be pursuing a career in private equity upon graduation. Jared Richstone
Jared is an HBA student completing his final year at Ivey Business School. Through his undergraduate career, he has undertaken a variety of roles in finance. His interest in finance has been broad, spanning from traditional investment strategies to innovative financial models. Among the myriad of financial philosophies, the teachings of renowned investors like Warren Buffet and Ben Graham piqued his curiosity. He has been eager to compare and apply his learnings from his previous experiences to learn about the subject at Ivey, one of only two institutions in North America with a Centre dedicated to advancing the principles of value investing.

Fahd is an HBA student completing his final year at Ivey Business School. He has been passionate about value investing and has read multiple books on the subject. After graduation, he is interested in pursuing entrepreneurship by working on his current entrepreneurial venture. On the side, Fahd is interested in athletics, enjoys watching MMA and basketball, while he also represents the western mustangs in varsity table tennis.

Elena Dimitrov is a HBA student completing her final year at Ivey Business School. She developed an interest in investing at an early age. Before taking George Athanassakos’ class, she had read The Intelligent Investor three times. At Ivey, she has further developed her interest in value investing principles through the academic and co-curricular opportunities offered by the Ben Graham Centre. Upon graduation, Elena will be pursuing management consulting in Chicago, Illinois where she will continue to explore the foundation of what makes for a phenomenal business.

Keenan is a current HBA Candidate, having previously studied accounting and history before coming to Ivey. In high-school, he first developed a passion for value investing after stumbling upon The Intelligent Investor by Ben Graham. After this eureka moment, he continued to learn from the investing greats and is honoured to be able to attend one of only two institutions in North America with a Centre dedicated to advancing the principles of value investing.
