The topics explored include operations strategy, processes and constraints, lean management, quality management, and supply management. Our coverage, which is relevant to both service and non-service firm contexts, should develop an appreciation of the strategic value in leveraging effective operations, as well as advance understanding of the tactical importance for achieving productive work efforts and flows.
