  • Risk Management and Governance
Risk management has always been an important part of a firm’s strategic design process. Firms need to consider all forms of risk and their potential impact on the firm. There are many different types of risk that firms face and the goal of this course is to help identify these risks and determine what to do about these risks. We consider three different aspects of this problem: governance, risk management, and compliance. The course will address the identification of many of the most important forms of risk: enterprise risk, strategic risk, operational risk, reputational risk, and financial risk.
