Amin is an Information Systems PhD student at the Ivey Business School. He is fascinated by Business Data Analytics and Machine Learning Methods in the Retail Industry that predicts customer behavior and affects all stakeholder decisions. His research interest includes using analytical methods to forecast customers’ demand and behavior under different circumstances and apply the findings to business owners’ decisions in order to improve social welfare for all stakeholders in the retail industry.
