Fateme Bakhshi is an Information Systems PhD student at the Ivey Business School. She studies how social media influences the ways businesses, movements, and individuals interact online. Her research examines how social media transforms the dynamics of stakeholder engagement, framing processes, and organizational legitimacy. Combining qualitative and computational approaches, her work bridges insights from social media analytics, organizational theory, and information systems research.
