Rob Austin
Milad is a PhD candidate at the Ivey Business School. His research examines how organizations engage with generative artificial intelligence in innovation processes, with a particular focus on the role of AI hallucinations as a source of serendipitous discovery. Drawing on conceptual, computational, and empirical methods, his work investigates how generative tools are adopted, framed, and diffused across organizational and societal contexts. His research has been presented at major conferences in the fields of information systems and management.
