Specifically, she is passionate about drawing insights from real-world observations and extending them into academic inquiry, aiming to bridge the gap between theory and practice. With experience across diverse areas of business, she places a strong value on cross-disciplinary collaboration. Her goal is to produce research that is both theoretically grounded and practically relevant.
