Eraince is an Operations Management PhD student at the Ivey Business School. Her research focus is on how emerging technologies can be used to reduce environmental and social externalities in business operations. She has industry and academic experience in data-driven research, working extensively with large-scale behavioural datasets and applying quantitative methods such as causal inference, NLP and LLM. Her work aims to bridge technological innovation and sustainable operational practices.
