With more than 25 years of industry experience her career has spanned across border telecom infrastructure, automotive market entry strategies, and the integration of digital payment solutions in banking with strong foundation in project management backed by Six Sigma methodologies and data driven decision making. This program will help Reshma achieve her goals and enable her to contribute immensely to AI, automation and digital platforms in reshaping global business and firm-government dynamics. She seeks to develop original scholarship that advances theoretical understanding and offers practical guidance to firms, policymakers, and society at large. Her goal is to become a scholar practitioner who bridges the gap between research & practice.
