Join us on February 1st, at the Ivey Business School, Western University to learn more about HireNext: a free, interactive tool that helps employers build a pipeline to new young talent.

The session will offer practical information on strategies to better recruit, select, onboard and retain youth.

Highlights include:

  • Remarks by Professor Gerard Seijts, professor in Organizational Behaviour at Ivey Business School and Executive Director of the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership
  • HireNext demo led by CivicAction’s Chief Operating Officer, Tamara Balan
  • A spotlight on Starbucks and their commitment to hiring more youth & refugees, with Ross Anderson, Head, Global Social Impact & Public Policy, Starbucks Canada
  • Peer exchange on employers’ experience of amending HR practices
