This ethos finds its roots in the captivating experience I had at the Ivey Global Lab (IGL), which left an indelible mark on both my personal and professional journey. In the enchanting realm of Thailand, I imbibed the art of confronting challenges with dauntless resolve while wholly immersing myself in the vibrant tapestry of its diverse culture. Engaging in primary research for my project, which entailed insightful interviews with esteemed CEOs and CXOs, bestowed upon me the wisdom of forging meaningful connections with culturally diverse clients. This enriching endeavor expanded my horizons and deepened my comprehension of the entrepreneurial mindset, laying the foundation for the formulation of our very own entrepreneurial Framework.
As a child, I grappled with the torment of bullying and a paralyzing fear of water, an apprehension that seemed insurmountable despite my best efforts. However, I confronted my fears head-on, ultimately transcending my trepidation and evolving from a hesitant swimmer to a confident ocean adventurer. Snorkeling and parasailing became joyful pursuits, testaments to the power of self-belief and the courage to embark on a journey of incremental confrontations with our deepest anxieties.
