Why did you decide to do an MBA?
Having worked extensively in business transformation and change management, I often found myself at the intersection of technology and business, trying to connect the two in ways that made sense across industries. I decided to pursue an MBA to build a more holistic view that combines operations, finance, and process, not just in theory but in practice. An MBA would give me both the depth and breadth on topics that help leaders make smarter decisions at scale. Ivey’s case-based approach felt like the right fit, giving me both the credibility and the structured learning path to tackle large-scale initiatives confidently.

The Ivey experience, to me, is about building connections and growing with the cohort. Having met people from various industries, locations, and backgrounds helps me shape new perspectives in both my personal and professional life. There is always something to learn from each person you talk to - and that for me was central in building my network. Every week in the program has brought a different challenge and opportunity to explore that I know will carry me through the rest of my career.
