Ivey MBA Application Process

We highly recommend you submit a profile assessment as a way of introducing yourself prior to applying. This will help you better understand what we’re looking for from our applicants and give you an early indication if Ivey is the right fit for you.

Introduce Yourself

It's important to be an educated MBA buyer by expanding your research through recruiting events and conversations with school representatives, students and alumni. These interactions will give you a sense for the program culture and experience, and will help you assess your 'fit' for the program.

Attend an Event

To apply to Ivey Business School, we ask you to assemble and prepare a variety of materials that will help us assess your qualifications. Ensure you meet all admission criteria and have all required supporting documentation before starting your application.

2024 Admission

*Round 4 is our application deadline date for our international candidates applying on a study visa.

You do not need to wait for a deadline to apply.

We begin reviewing applications for interview consideration as soon as we have received all application components.

It is not necessary to contact Ivey to confirm receipt of the application components. Applicants will be contacted if any information or components of their application are missing.

Approximately two weeks after your written application has been submitted and reviewed, you may receive an invitation to interview. Our admissions interviews give us the opportunity to ensure that you are the right fit for Ivey Business School.

• Ivey conducts interviews by invitation only.
• All candidates admitted to the Ivey MBA are interviewed at least once.
• Chosen candidates receive further detail regarding expectations and preparation tips within the interview invitation.

Applications are processed on a rolling basis. Admission and scholarship decisions are made in between application deadlines and decisions take about 4-6 weeks from the time of submission.
