Why did you decide to do an MBA?
Pursuing an MBA felt like the right step forward at this stage of my professional journey. It offers the opportunity to challenge myself, step outside my comfort zone, and build relevant skills, including leadership. Additionally, gaining a global market perspective is important to me, as I aim to work in diverse and dynamic environment.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
Being in a classroom with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds has been the most significant part of my learning at Ivey. It has created opportunities to learn from others and has truly broadened my perspective. I now feel more comfortable engaging in conversations on topics that were previously unfamiliar to me.
