Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I had built a strong career in learning strategy at the Central Bank of Nigeria, but I kept finding myself being drawn to building systems and processes that actually help organizations and people work better. I love that kind of problem-solving, and I realized it was time to pivot into strategy consulting or product management in the FinTech space, which required skills I didn't have yet.
I needed the analytical rigor, the financial toolkit, and honestly, the international exposure to make that transition happen. The MBA provides all of these and many more experiences to position myself to create the kind of impact I care about at a bigger scale.

Expansive and unbelievably rich, with so many moving parts that I'm playing catch-up every single day. It forces the best out of you. More than just technical competencies, it refines your leadership, communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills in ways you don't expect until you're living it.
