Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I believe I was at that point of my career where I needed a stepping stone to improve my leadership skills and hone my business acument for the next phase of my career.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
I have learnt so much about the North American business environment, industries I never thought about, and the courage to chime in on conversations through the case-based teaching and contribution points.
