Why did you decide to do an MBA?

For me its quite simple, I decided to pursue an MBA because I wanted broader global exposure to business, leadership, and decision-making beyond my previous work experience. Having worked closely with executives and high-level stakeholders, I realized I enjoy solving problems, managing operations, and helping ideas move from planning to execution.

Ivey stood out to me because of its practical learning environment and strong community. I wanted to challenge myself in a more global setting, learn from people with different experiences, and build the skills needed to lead and contribute at a higher level.

What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?

One of the biggest things I have learned at Ivey is the importance of staying ahead and being prepared before situations become urgent. The program has also taught me how to think clearly, make decisions quickly, and work effectively under pressure without losing focus.

What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?

The most surprising part has been how much the experience pushes you to open up and share your perspective. It constantly challenges you to engage with people from different backgrounds, reflect on your experiences, and discover what genuinely motivates you.

Ivey in one word or a few words: Please share what your Ivey experience is to you!

Transformational and grounding.
