Why did you decide to do an MBA?

I wanted to pursue MBA to transition from design engineering to more strategic, business-facing role in operational and innovation management. My goal is to advises OEMs and mobility startup in their innovation and business excellence journey. Mainly to drive electrification & hybridisation strategy, improve profitability, balancing innovation with practical constraints and align product to meet evolving market needs.

What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?

The most significant thing I have learned at Ivey is not a concept or framework but a fundamental shift in how I think and communicate. Coming in MBA, I relied heavily on technical knowledge. Ivey challenged me to structure ambiguous problems, defend my reasoning under pressure, and truly listen before responding. Over time my mindset evolved. I became more comfortable with uncertainty and the change I feel is how I carry myself, how I engage in difficult conversations, and how I approach problems. Ivey built my confidence in my own voice.
