Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I pursued an MBA to take a step back from the day-to-day and intentionally invest in my growth, both professionally and personally. I wanted to build a stronger foundation in strategy and leadership, explore new industries, and broaden my perspective by learning alongside people from diverse backgrounds. The experience has helped me clarify my long-term goals and equipped me with the tools and network to take on more impactful challenges ahead.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
The most significant thing I’ve learned at Ivey is how to think beyond just solving problems and start leading through them. The case method pushes you to make tough calls with limited information, speak up even when you’re unsure, and learn from diverse perspectives in the room. It’s taught me to be more decisive, open-minded, and resilient.
