How to make decisions with confidence in uncertainty. Through the case method, I’ve realized that there’s rarely a perfect answer — what matters is how well you can analyze a problem, consider the perspectives of others, and communicate clearly. I’ve learned to listen and adapt. The mindset of being decisive is something I’ll carry into every challenge going forward.
