Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I wanted to do an MBA because I knew it was the next big step in achieving my career goals. My experience as a manager in one of India's biggest consulting firms gave me a solid foundation in understanding processes and strategic decision-making, but I wanted to learn further. I realised that to grow into a leadership role, I needed to sharpen my business acumen, refine my problem-solving skills, and gain a global perspective, things that I would develop through the MBA program at Ivey. The program's curriculum and diverse student body provided the ideal environment for expanding my expertise and preparing for the next phase of my career.

My Ivey experience has felt like a race against time, constantly navigating the fast-paced demands of case-based learning. Every day has been a rigorous challenge like running on a case treadmill, pushing me to think critically and make quick decisions. But the real reward comes in the classroom, where dynamic discussions and diverse perspectives from fellow students bring every case to life, making the effort worth it. Working in learning teams has been equally transformative, teaching me the true value of teamwork and how to navigate difficult situations with collaboration, adaptability, and resilience. It's been demanding but incredibly fulfilling.
